Professional in engineering as base background. Post graduated in 3 areas of mastery: Information Technology e-business Management (Spain), Formulation and Project Management with the IADB (Bolivia), Defense- National Security & Development (Bolivia), graduated as DAEN. He has also obtained specialties in International Arbitration, ITs for Competitiveness, Cost Estimating and Financial Analysis (Uruguay), Project Management (Venezuela), Electoral Strategy Planning (OAS).

Certified as PMP in the PMI, certified as International Consultant IADB, Arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce and Services of Cochabamba, Member and Past-VP of Programs PMI Chapter Santa Cruz Bolivia, member of IIBA, Leader Founder of the Community PM in Cochabamba, Leader creator of the Business Analysis Bolivia Community.

Over 18 years’ experience in the planning, development and management projects in areas such as petrochemical, oil & gas, telecommunications, ITs, industrial. He currently plays as Senior Trainer & Consultant in Project Management, supporting a many of national companies, mainly oil&gas and industry, aimed to creating the PMO, OPM3® analysis, implementation of processes of PMBOK Guide through methodological and practical tools created by the author.

Active Professional with the spread of PMI standards and best practices for the sector. Teacher and Coordinator area in R.E.P. PMI UAGRM University Business School, professor of project management expertise in many national universities, speaker at conferences, institutions, companies and others. Writer for the “Los Tiempos” newspaper for more than 3 years related PM issues. Recent research activities are focused on analyzing, developing and applying the best knowledge and best practices to integrate project management with the strategic objectives of the organization. These models can certainly be applied in Bolivia.
